"We value the many ways in which AAA supports our quality of life"
My wife and I were reminded of the peace of mind that AAA provides when our son’s car broke down in Utah as he drove to Nashville for his senior year of college. By promptly bringing the car and my son to a nearby town, AAA allowed us to quickly make alternative arrangements to get him back to school. At the time, we found—and we continue to find—immense comfort in the security that AAA provides.
This is why I consider it to be a great honor and a great responsibility to be the new president and CEO of AAA Washington. Our family cherishes the many factors that contribute to the wonderful quality of life that we enjoy here in the Northwest—unparalleled scenic beauty, recreation, the arts, education and so much more. We also value the many ways in which AAA supports our quality of life by being there to help us, whether we are traveling or going about our daily routines.
It is a privilege to serve an organization comprising such extraordinary members—more than a million people across Washington and northern Idaho—and such dedicated employees. In keeping with a legacy that has been forged over the course of more than a century, our entire team is committed to providing superior service in meeting your ever-evolving needs.
I am also excited about the opportunity to build upon the accomplishments of my predecessor, Charlie Liekweg. Through his constant and vigilant focus on your needs as members, our club was able to raise the bar on service to unprecedented levels. I pledge to continue this unwavering focus and make sure that we always provide you with the very best in services and tools to support your quality of life, wherever the road takes you and your loved ones
