"AAA brings peace of mind to online travel planning"
Anyone can post a travel deal on the Internet these days, but many companies in the digital world make it hard to find a real person to answer your questions or help you resolve a problem.
With more than a century of experience ensuring that our members’ travel experiences meet expectations, AAA Washington recognizes the value of responsive customer service. This is why I am pleased to announce the latest enhancements to our travel planning services. We recently partnered with Travelocity to create one of the most advanced booking and informational sources on the Internet. The arrangement allows us to marry our benefits, including member discounts, AAA Diamond ratings, exclusive offers and superior customer service, to the very efficient and easy-to-use capabilities of Travelocity.
The upgrades to our Web site, www.AAA.com, complement the travel services we offer by phone and in person at our 26 service centers across Washington state and northern Idaho. Whichever avenue you choose, you can do so with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that AAA is behind you. In addition to consistently providing the best values for your money, we also offer a team of locally accessible travel professionals to answer your questions and help you plan for all of the “little things” that arise when you travel. Their expertise is particularly helpful when you are planning a cruise, an overseas tour or a road trip anywhere in the country.
Since many of you make your travel plans at the beginning of each year, we have filled this edition of Journey with information about many exciting destinations. Whether these inspire you to venture across the state or halfway around the world, I invite you to take advantage of all of the wonderful travel benefits that are waiting for you as a AAA member.
Bon Voyage!
Charles Liekweg, President
